Josh and Sarah Ayers
Josh Ayers is the Youth Pastor at Victory and has served on the staff since 2006. As well as leading the Youth Ministry, he also assists in the day to day operations of Victory Baptist Church and teaches at Victory Baptist School. He and his wife, Sarah, have one child, Kaylie. Sarah teaches the 7th-9th grade girls Sunday School class and is a vital part of the teen ministry at Victory. Josh and Sarah’s favorite youth activity is the Laser Tag & Donuts.
Lamar and Esther Birge
Lamar & Esther Birge have been working with the teens at Victory for the past 13 years. Bro. Lamar teaches the 10th -12th grade boys Sunday School class as well as heads up the teen choir. Mrs. Esther teaches the 10th -12th grade girls Sunday School class and assists Bro. Lamar with the teen choir. Lamar and Esther have been married for 26 years and have two sons, Travis and Collin. Their favorite youth activity is the WAR.
Casey and Julie Kent
Casey and Julie Kent have been serving with the Youth Ministry at Victory for the past 9 years. Bro. Casey teaches the 10th – 12th grade boys Sunday School class and also assists as an usher and Mrs. Julie teaches the 7th- 9th grade girls Sunday School class. Casey and Julie have been married for 10 years and have three children: Carter, Sawyer, and Addyson. Their favorite youth activity is the Ski Trip.
Adam and Krista Sparks
Adam & Krista Sparks have been serving at Victory for the past 13 years in the Sunday School, Bus, and Children’s ministry but are new to the Youth Ministry. Bro. Adam teaches the 7th -9th grade boys Sunday School class and Mrs. Krista assists in the 10-12th grade girls Sunday School class. Adam and Krista have been married for 13 years and have four children: Skyler, Grant, Alyssa, and Levi. Their favorite activity with the teens is the WAR.
Victor Huff
Victor Huff has been serving with the Youth Ministry for 5 years and has faithfully attended VBC for 20 years. He grew up through the youth ministry and now he teaches the 7th-9th grade boys Sunday School class. His favorite youth activity is the WAR.
Travis Birge
Travis Birge has been serving in the Youth Ministry for 3 years, and has attended Victory for the past 13 years. He grew up through the youth group and is now a student at the Victory Baptist Training Center, studying to be a Youth Pastor. Travis’ favorite youth activity is the Ski Trip.
